And finally a a few gentle reminders. Websites will be removed without notification (and you will be removed from the Flickr group) if they have not been updated in six months. The nature of photoblogging is fresh content. If your website is removed and you get back into photoblogging, just drop us a line and we will be happy to add you back in.
In addition, the primary content of your photoblog should be photos. If your site changes to primarily text or uses photos to only illustrate the text or a becomes gallery space it will also be removed. If you have any questions please feel free to check out our FAQ or email us.
We have three new sites to welcome to the fold. Under the Houston Photoblog roll welcome Pankaj and his photoblog, Xnomad Photography and Aaron and his photoblog, In My Eye. From up I-45 Jerry and his photoblog, Holga Buzz have been added to the Texas roll.
Please welcome our new members and stop by their and any of the other great photoblogs on our rolls.
First, welcome to our newest member Fayza and her photoblog Concrete & Barbed Wire. Fayza is fairly new to Houston so stop by her blog and say hi.
Second, a couple of our members will be exploring the trails along Buffalo Bayou this Sunday evening and they are throwing out an open invitation. If you are interested in joining them stop by Martin's photoblog, Point, and use the contact link to get in touch with him.
Finally this brings up a question. Is there a system we could use to easily let others know about meet-ups big and small. The big official seasonal meet-ups will always be promoted here, but how about smaller ones like this? Would you be interested in something like that? Say Google Groups? Or is there another system that you would be willing to use? An easy way for us to connect and communicate with each other. Or should we keep it all on the blog. Remember all members who have a photoblog listed are eligible to write for Houston Photobloggers. Let me hear your thoughts.
Welcome to our newest member Christine and her photoblog, arrested moments. Take a minute to stop by her photoblog and say hi.
It looks like we may have a good turn out this Saturday for the meet up. See you there!
We got two more! Welcome to Robin and her photoblog rcknrobin fotography and Jonathan and his photoblog lightXposed.
Have you been by the blogrolls lately? The lists have grown substantially longer than they were a year ago. Stop by, visit some new photoblogs, leave some comments and make some new connections. Or you can always check out our del.icio.us page for member highlights.
Welcome to our newest addition Tonya. Make sure to check out her site Our World Contemporary Children's Photography.
Also a reminder to check back tomorrow evening for an announcement.
Welcome our lastest addition to the fold, Martin and his photoblog, Point.
I'm so glad so many people are finding Houston Photobloggers. Remember if you know a Houston or Texas photoblogger that is not listed point them to our website. The more the merrier.
