Building Your Blog

Natalie Norton, writing for The Digital Photography School, has a follow up to her post on starting a photoblog. This time it is tips for building your photoblog. The 10 bullet points are:

Keep it Fresh
Share the Love
R.E.S.P.E.C.T
Keep it Real
Keep it Simple
Larger than Life
Piracy is Better than Obscurity
Chill
Know your Numbers
To Be Continued...

You can read the details at the post. You may or may not agree with all the points (I am not a fan of Piracy is Better than Obscurity), but if even one point helps you with your photoblog it is worth it.

Digital Photography School: Building Your Blog: 10 things to consider when building your rockin’ photoblog

I also ran across this post listing 5 ways to improve your blog in 15 minutes. It is geared towards a traditional journal blog, however there are some good tips and I have seen some of the same problems that he is trying to correct on photoblogs.
